Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Springfield and right across the street from Springfield’s Courtyard by Marriott, The Heritage Center Museum is an elegant backdrop for any event. Our facility is equipped with a large parking lot for ample, off- street parking and are ADA-accessible. Old world charm meets modern convenience in this completely renovated facility.
The Hellmuth Rotating Gallery
3,000 square feet, high ceilings, and custom walls provide a blank canvas for special celebrations and corporate events. Located on the second floor, guests may enjoy the unique entrance of the Security National Bank Grand Staircase, located in the galleries or they may opt to take the elevator located in the main lobby of the museum.

Crabill Discovery Hall
1500 square feet provides space for more intimate events. Glass doors provide a unique view of the room. Easy access from North Market Street to our kitchen provides convenient options for food service.

Before You Book!
After Hours Events
Rental rates are based on day and time of the event. The rates above reflect events held during our business hours (Tuesday – Friday 9AM – 4PM;Saturday 9AM – 3PM). If you’d like to hold an event after our business hours, the rates are the same as above plus $35/hour.
During your event, you can choose to have the galleries open so your guests can enjoy the museum at their leisure. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to keep the museum galleries open!

- free Wi-Fi, sound & A/V system
